Tea began as habit and familiarity for me, but slowly turned into something deeper, raising questions about where it comes from, how it is made, and why it tastes the way it does.

What appears simple in the cup is shaped by decisions at every stage: the leaf, the land, the process, and the hands that guide it. The more I explored through study, tasting, and time in tea regions, the more I realized how much sits beneath the surface.

Becoming a tea sommelier was one step in that journey, but not an endpoint. I continue to evolve through learning, tasting, and spending time in tea growing regions and estates.

This website is my attempt to make sense of that depth through origin, craft, and experience, not just to understand tea, but to share and teach what I learned  in a way that makes it more accessible.
